My Experience with the 7-Day Rainbow Cleanse

I’m excited to share my personal experience with the ZenCleanz 7-Day Rainbow Cleanse.
For me, this cleanse felt like a profound reset — physically, emotionally, and energetically. I experienced a deep release in my body, especially through my digestive system, and felt as though long-held energetic pathways began to open.

As the cleanse unfolded, waves of emotion came to the surface — anger, grief, fear, and even joy. It felt as if my body was releasing layers I had carried for a very long time, including deeply rooted personal, ancestral, and collective patterns.
After years of doing deep clearing and evolutionary energetic work, I was amazed by how deeply this cleanse seemed to reach. It touched places within me that I had not been able to access before. I felt more connected to my body’s wisdom, more attuned to its signals, and more deeply reconnected with my true self.

One of the first changes I noticed was my breathing. I moved from shallow, upper-chest breathing into a natural, deep belly breath. This felt deeply significant — as if my body was opening to a more expansive way of receiving life force.

I also experienced intense release in my skull, jaw, and facial fascia. Areas that had held tension and fear for many years began to soften and move. I noticed a powerful clearing around my right kidney and liver area as well, as though old patterns that had been lodged there for as long as I could remember were finally beginning to release.

As the cleanse continued, my pelvic girdle began to open. I noticed a significant change in my gait. With the release of tension and trauma held in my pelvis, my walk became lighter, more fluid, and more aligned with who I truly am.

The day after the cleanse ended, my energy surged. I felt an unprecedented clarity and a surprising ease with tasks that had previously felt overwhelming. Small things that once felt difficult suddenly caught my attention, and I found myself tending to them effortlessly. I felt in my stride — moving through the day with ease, grace, and a renewed sense of capability.

Now, I feel a lightness permeating my entire body, especially my head. When I do healing work, the light feels as though it emanates from within me rather than simply flowing through me. It feels more direct, more embodied, and more powerful.
I also experience much less judgment toward myself and others. I feel clearer about the path before me and am taking steps forward with much greater ease.

For me, ZenCleanz was more than a cleanse. It was an experience of physical, emotional, and energetic renewal.
