First Experience with Physical/Energetic Protocol
After having spoken with you this morning, which was so great, and then deciding on the Body Maintenance and Energetic Protocol for Women option, I kind of went about my business. Even when you texted to let me know that you were including me starting today, it didn't register with me that you were actually about to do it.
I'm on the part of my week where I am staying with my disabled mom for a handful of days, taking care of whatever needs attention and taking her to appointments. There's tons of distractions here, and I often have a hard time concentrating and feel pretty zapped of energy.Anyway, for some reason, I was thinking that the protocol would happen around 3-4pm my time. But apparently it was set for around 2-3pm Central... is this correct?
Anyway, I got this random idea to start doing some clean up in the backyard. There's a very old rose bush that hadn't been tended to in probably a decade, and a few years back I built up a little pyramid trellis of old large and sturdy tree branches around it. It has grown SO huge, and has become a complex rose-monster-being that grows like a large natural wreath in and around itself and the trellis branches. I pulled the whole thing apart and began to rebuild it and re-set the very long and winding rose branches (parts of it are probably about 15 feet tall!)
I suddenly realized that something felt odd... It was like I had electricity running throughout my body. When I meditate, I often reach a point when the bottoms of my feet and the palms of my hands feel tingling energy... this was REALLY different! It truly felt like something was happening to me... pleasant and not normal... Like there was a fountain of electricity coming from inside of me and radiating out, but also like it was connecting to waves all around me. I could even hear a hum that was audibly flowing up and down. Also, really specifically, that area between my eyes that connects my forehead and... like maybe the actual nasal cavity of my skull?... it was vibrating. None of this was like a slight tingle, it was like Frankenstein screaming "It's ALIVE!"
This went on for a few moments and stepped away from what I was doing and just put my palms up and out... It got stronger. And THEN... I thought... "Oh, wait... When was that protocol supposed to start?" So I looked back to see what the details were of the timings during the week... and saw that it was almost a quarter past the hour. And it just blew me absolutely away because I was right in the midst of it and wasn't even thinking about it happening yet! So I spent the rest of the hour being mindful of it. It was just so REAL and obvious that something was happening! I knew the hour was winding down because I could feel the intensity start to fade as if a dial was being turned slowly to Off. And then just that fast, time was up and all the crazy vibrations were gone.... All except for a sort of leftover pressure/tingle between my eyes and around my nasal cavity.
Such an amazing experience! And I've felt so energetic and happy! I was listening to NPR when I had to leave to go to the store, and of course the barrage of bad news is playing... And I didn't feel that sense of terrible dread that I often feel. Not that I don't want to feel for what is happening, but like you'd said in the podcast... Just not having to feel weighed down by the world.
